NZ ORDERS:

Prices

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (15% sales tax).

All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason.

Colours

Every effort has been made to portray the colours of our products that appear on this website as accurately as possible. However, because the actual colours you see depend on the monitor you are using, YOUR COMPANY cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

Shipping

Within New Zealand we use CourierPost couriers.

Orders shipped in our standard parcel sized post bags will be an Overnight Delivery Service - CourierPost targets delivery to business addresses by 9am the next working day, and residential addresses the next working day.

For rural deliveries expect an additional 2-3 working days to standard delivery target.

Boxes or oversized orders will be shipped with NZ Couriers on a 2 day service to urban addresses, an additional 2-3 days for rural delivery. We will quote you for freight for larger than our standard size.

We have two flat-rate delivery charges, $7 for up to 1 KG items and $13 for 1-5 KG items.

PAYMENT METHODS:

We accept credit card payments via our secure website shopping cart portal.

 

PAYMENT VIA DIRECT DEPOSIT INTO OUR BANK ACCOUNT:

If you're unsure about credit card security or don't have a credit card, you can pay by deposit into our New Zealand bank account. This will make the order process a couple of days slower. For buyers outside New Zealand, please note that any bank fees charged for international bank transfer are your responsibility so please make sure you arrange the bank transfer and the fees accordingly.

OVERSEAS ORDERS

Freight Costs for overseas returns are non-refundable, and costs for overseas exchanges are charged based on our standard shipping rates (unless we've mucked up and sent you the wrong item, in which case we'll refund you the cost of getting it back to us and cover the return shipping), so if you need more details about colours, materials etc. before you spend your hard earned $$$ call us +64 3 313 3896 with your questions.

We'd suggest you track and trace courier when returning goods to us for your security as we cannot be responsible for the returns that get lost on the way, even though it will cost you more.

Note: customised items cannot be returned. If, when you receive your customised item(s), you find that you have made a mistake in your order, please get back to us to discuss options.
